🚀 YOUR MISSION:
We're looking for a Project Manager to ensure clarity, momentum, and quality across client-facing initiatives - while helping to identify opportunities for growth and long-term partnership
👥 ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
A successful and growing SaaS company that supports corporate clients and energy providers through platforms that enable energy insights, billing, and flexible purchasing. Our clients’ solutions are designed for a range of users including large corporates and energy suppliers or retailers.
🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL DO:
📊 Project delivery & oversight: bring structured momentum to 2-3 concurrent client projects. Leading project updates, managing stakeholder expectations, and providing regular communication to both internal and external teams, especially senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
🌱Commercial growth & opportunity: identify opportunities for growth and upselling, drafting initial scopes and pricing discussions. Support pre-sales by relaying delivery insights and client sentiment.
🧠Saas & Technology Awareness: ensure processes reflect best practice for enterprise software vendors, with attention to change control, testing and customer handover.
🎓 YOUR CREDENTIALS:
📊 Project management experience: project delivery combined with commercial instinct is critical to this role. You will need to understand SaaS environment and be familiar with the customer journey when purchasing and implementing enterprise software.
💼 Technical knowledge: You will have hands on experience of working with SaaS platforms, technical delivery, and implementation dynamics allowing you to navigate conversations with credibility and foresight.
🌍 Industry experience: You must have worked on Saas delivery, particularly cloud and enterprise platforms ideally in B2B or energy/data domains.

🤝Relationship builder: you’ll be a natural at forming good relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, working together and collaborating on a common goal.
💡 Business minded: You will have strong business acumen with good financial acumen as well as negotiation and contract management skills.
