🙋 Impact Beyond is partnering with a growing SaaS client in the energy sector. Expanding their products our client is refining their capabilities for time-of-use (TOU), complex supply and generation billing, supporting customers across the UK and Europe and seeking an Energy Billing Specialist to work as a cross-functional product team.

We're looking for an Energy Billing Specialist to become the internal & customer-facing go-to authority on billing logic, workflows, and implementation, ensuring our clients products reflect real-world needs and deliver measurable value.

A successful and growing SaaS company that supports corporate clients and energy providers through platforms that enable energy insights, billing, and flexible purchasing. Our clients’ solutions are designed for a range of users including large corporates and energy suppliers or retailers.
🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL DO:
📊Energy Billing Expert: You will work across product design, customer calls, and implementation teams ensuring that billing features are both technically accurate and practically usable.
💬 Client engagement: attend client calls, support requirements gathering, and assist with how billing is implemented in the product, working closely with Client Partners, the UX/Product team, and Technical Services.
🎓 YOUR CREDENTIALS:
📊 Energy billing expertise: You will have strong energy billing experience (in the UK and/or EU), including knowledge of TOU billing, supply/generation invoices, DUoS/TNUoS, standing charges, and validation processes, meter data, tariff application, and exception handling.
👥 Client engagement: You will be comfortable with client discussions, attending client workshops and delivery calls, with a clear understanding of how software products are designed and implemented.
💼 Technical knowledge: Applied knowledge of software systems and billing workflows to shape practical, scalable solutions, with the ability to work with cross-functional product and implementation teams.
