Sustainability People Plan
We work with organisations who are looking to evolve their sustainability capacity over time to design a Sustainability People Plan for both the short and medium term.
We assess your current team capabilities and goals, future challenges and the external factors which will affect your business.
With a full capability report and staged organisational structure to meet current and future impact needs, you can be assured your Sustainability People Plan is future proofed.
The plan is created in 3 stages:
1. Discover: Understanding where you are now and your plan moving forward.
2. Align: Bringing your business and sustainability context together - people, structure and strategy.
3. Build: Creating your sustainability people roadmap for the future.
