Mary Elliot
FounderMary works across corporate sustainability, ESG and responsible supply chains, using her industry knowledge to connect professionals with meaningful positions.
Having worked as an in-house sustainability professional and at the forefront of developing public policy in media and online safety regulation Mary is able to understand the challenges and requirements of the roles she recruits for. Mary can apply her experience in critical thinking, analysis and approach to finding the right solutions and talent for our clients.
Mary is a Philosophy graduate from the University of Leeds and holds an MSc in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics from Birkbeck University. Her industry experience means she has a keen understanding for the dynamics of working in a collaborative environment, engaging sustainability across a business and driving impact.
Mary 's recruitment experience includes leading on international search projects and building a contract desk. She has worked with FTSE 100 companies, including international banks, manufacturers, global technology firms and UK retailers. Mary is motivated by responsible business, the commercial advantages of sustainability and by playing professional matchmaker.
FounderKaryn Peacocke
Karyn works across corporate sustainability, energy and carbon management, applying her industry knowledge to connect organisations with the talent and tools needed to deliver meaningful impact.
With over a decade of recruitment experience, Karyn began her career leading operations for a major global recruitment firm in Toronto’s financial district before moving to the UK to focus on sustainability, carbon and energy roles. She has extensive experience placing Heads of Energy, Sustainability Directors, and Decarbonisation leads for FTSE 100 firms as well as SMEs in a variety of sectors.
In industry, Karyn has held senior roles in sustainability software and consulting, working across start-ups, SMEs and not-for-profit organisations. This experience gives her a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in embedding sustainability within a business and driving organisational change.
Karyn holds a Master’s in Corporate Governance and Sustainability from the University of London. Her combined recruitment and consulting expertise enables her to bring critical thinking, strategic insight and a solutions-focused approach to the organisations she supports. She is motivated by impactful sustainability practice, commercial pragmatism and helping businesses secure the talent they need to transition successfully.
