Senior Sustainability Manager with Private Markets Focus

Key responsibilities:
Manage a client portfolio as the main relationship holder, delivering carbon reporting, net zero strategy, and wider ESG advisory services.
Lead project delivery across GHG assessments (Scopes 1–3), SECR, TCFD, and CSRD/ISSBaligned disclosures for diverse range of clients.
Collaborate internally to enhance offering and mentor junior colleagues.
Role requirements:
ESG consultancy experience, including carbon accounting and GHG reporting.
Industry experience in private equity or portfolio companies, or exposure to the private market ecosystem.
Comfortable leading and managing client relationships with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
