An exciting opportunity to join a fast growing business as a Director to drive the commercial expansion into carbon markets and natural capital trading. Perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to create new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic market development with hands-on deal structuring, client acquisition and revenue generation.

• Corporate client engagement, broker relationships, develop and maintain business pipeline, managing the end-to-end deal cycle.

• Represent the business in the market as a thought leader, monitor, influence and advocate for relevant polices.

Role requirements :

• Proven track record in carbon markets, natural capital trading or environmental commodity sales.

• Commercial success in complex B2B sales, structuring deals and multi-stakeholder negotiations.

• Deep understanding of voluntary carbon markets, verification standards and corporate sustainability.

• Excellent client facing and relationship building skills.
